Excellent Opportunity! (100% in-person) Position: HR Payroll Analyst We offer: CLT employment contract; We are seeking an **HR Payroll Analyst** to join our team! Location: Downtown Florianópolis/SC (Monday to Friday) Employment type: CLT **Responsibilities:** * Onboarding and offboarding: digital employment record registration, contract drafting, eSocial event submission, and management of admission/dismissal medical exams. * Payroll processing and verification, including vacation pay, 13th salary, contract terminations, employee loans, and statutory contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, PIS payroll, domestic DAE). * Payroll processing and verification for domestic employees and pro-labore payments. * Monitoring and adherence to legal and union deadlines, ensuring compliance with current legislation. **Requirements:** * Minimum two years of experience in HR Payroll * Knowledge of labor legislation * Preferably familiar with the Domínio system * Specialized training or specific knowledge: Labor calculations, eSocial, digital FGTS, Word, basic Excel, and Internet **Advantages:** * Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in related fields * Experience with eSocial and DCTFWeb * Specialized training or specific knowledge: Labor calculations, eSocial, digital FGTS, Word, basic Excel, and Internet. **Benefits:** · \- Salary negotiable based on experience (starting at R$ 3\.210,00\) \- Career and Compensation Plan \- Transportation allowance · \- Meal allowance: R$ 730.00; · \- Unimed health and dental plan, effective after probation period.
