Carry out minor repairs and basic maintenance The professional will be responsible for performing cleaning, preservation, and basic maintenance activities of the premises, ensuring organization, hygiene, and proper functioning of facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform general cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas (bathrooms, corridors, courtyards, etc.) * Carry out minor repairs, such as light bulb replacement, simple adjustments, and basic maintenance * Maintain the preservation of spaces, keeping the environment organized and in good condition for use * Perform proper waste collection and disposal * Assist in material handling and support daily operational tasks * Identify needs for more complex maintenance and report them to the responsible parties * Use cleaning products and equipment correctly Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
