Job Summary: Scire is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Construction Analyst with experience in site administrative routines, such as invoice entry, payment tracking, and inventory management in the Sienge ERP system. Real opportunity for growth Scire is looking for an **Administrative Construction Analyst**, organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in site administrative routines—especially invoice entry, payment control, and inventory management in the **Sienge ERP** system or similar. **If this describes you, this opportunity is for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Deliverables: * Enter invoices for all construction projects and generate Payment Authorizations (PAs) in the Sienge ERP. * Guide contractors’ accountants on correct invoice issuance based on Engineering’s measurement bulletins. * Request invoices from contractors for entry and generation of PAs. * Physically and digitally (in Sienge ERP) manage fixed asset inventory across construction sites. * Verify submission of mandatory documentation from third parties/contractors for validation and payment of measurements. * Manage material transfers between sites and perform financial reconciliations in the Sienge ERP. * Promote best practices in warehouses and support standardization of organization across all sites. * Develop tools, reports, and dashboards for analysis and decision-making. * Audit and ensure up-to-date, accurate inventory management at construction sites. * Participate in quality improvement programs, training sessions, and capacity-building events. * Identify, propose, and monitor continuous improvement actions. * Maintain departmental organization and cleanliness. * Comply with internal rules and safety procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** What we expect from you: * Completed high school education. * Relevant work experience. * Intermediate Excel proficiency.
