As our **Quality Control Analyst**, you will play a consultative and operational role in process structuring—from implementing new laboratory software to validating complex methods and managing assets. Your contribution will be decisive in ensuring the laboratory operates with agility, accuracy, and full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Join us to transform technical data into safety and trust, reinforcing our purpose of caring for health and promoting the well-being of our customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor daily laboratory activities, allocate technical team workload, and ensure adherence to product release deadlines. * Critically review analytical results and records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with specifications for sale. * Identify and document non-conformities, lead root cause investigations for out-of-specification results, and implement evidence-based corrective actions. * Ensure technical validation of new raw materials, plan raw material procurement (Gecom), manage inventory to prevent disruptions, and coordinate equipment maintenance/calibration to ensure readiness for audits. * Train the team on new methodologies and processes, and act as the focal point for implementing laboratory software (LIMS/ERP). * Manage outsourced analysis workflows—from prospecting partner laboratories to technically validating received methodologies and reports. * Update product specifications, review analytical methods, and implement new methodologies in accordance with current legislation, ensuring the laboratory operates with cutting-edge technology and precision. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields. * Proven experience in quality control laboratory routines (physicochemical or microbiological). * Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and ease of use with quality modules in ERP/LIMS systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Active participation in laboratory software migration or implementation projects. * Experience in REBLAS accreditation processes. * Training or experience implementing ISO/IEC 17025 (General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories). * Prior experience in validating new bench-scale methodologies. * Knowledge of or training in NSF standards (Supplement GMP) and FDA guidelines (21 CFR). * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** Benefits Meal Allowance or Food Voucher of R$ 30.00 per day (with no 20% deduction); Transportation Voucher or Fuel Voucher (with no 6% deduction); Unimed Health Plan (monthly fee covered by the company); Uniodonto Dental Plan; Merit Bonus; Gympass (Wellhub); Monthly multivitamin kit; Essential Nutrition products available in cafeterias; Life Insurance; 50% discount on our products; Discount network at stores and restaurants; Year-end gift; Meditation/rest room; Health promotion program offering medical, pediatric, and psychological care; Be Generous Project—supplementation for female employees during pregnancy; Partnerships with universities, language schools, and early childhood education institutions; Education Assistance Scholarship covering up to 50% of course tuition; Free parking.
