Prepare capsules, creams, ointments, and solutions under supervision. Organize and sanitize the laboratory and equipment. Monitor expiration dates and storage conditions of supplies. Follow formulations and technical instructions. Label and package compounded products. Assist in product quality control. Record information in systems or forms. Adhere to hygiene standards and good compounding practices. Previous experience as a Laboratory Technician, Laboratory Intern, Research Assistant, or Analysis Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
