Job Summary: A construction company seeks a Construction and Finishing Assembler to work on the production and assembly of industrialized construction modules and buildings, ensuring quality, organization, and adherence to deadlines. The construction company hires a Construction and Finishing Assembler to work on the production and assembly of industrialized construction modules and buildings. The professional will work both in the production warehouse and on construction sites, participating in module assembly and especially in closure and finishing stages, ensuring quality, organization, and timely delivery. **Main Responsibilities** * Assemble and adjust light steel frame structures and auxiliary framing; * Install closure panels (OSB, cement board, drywall, or similar); * Apply thermal and acoustic insulation (mineral wool, EPS, or similar); * Perform basic electrical and plumbing system installations within modules; * Execute interior and exterior finishing works, including floor installation, painting, cladding, and baseboards; * Assist in installing windows, doors, hardware, and finishing elements; * Perform cutting, drilling, fastening, and adjustments per technical team instructions; * Prepare, organize, and transport materials and tools within the warehouse or on-site; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace; * Follow company-established quality, safety, and productivity standards; * Support loading, unloading, and handling of modules and materials when required. **Work Conditions** * Work performed both **on construction sites and in the production warehouse**; * Participation in the **complete assembly of modules**, from structural framing through to finishing; * Strict compliance with **workplace safety and organizational standards**. **Requirements** * Experience with finishing works in civil construction; * Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing installations; * Experience with painting and floor installation; * Familiarity with hand and power tools; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **modular construction or steel frame systems**; experience with **drywall or cement boards**; experience in furniture assembly or basic carpentry; **Driver's License Category B** **Expected Behavioral Profile** We seek an individual who is: * Organized and meticulous; * Punctual and disciplined regarding schedules; * Proactive and eager to learn; * A strong team player; * Careful with materials and tools; * Mindful of industrial production principles (standardization and repeatability). **Employment Type** * CLT – 44 hours/week * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Location: Production warehouse and occasional external assembly sites **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: **R$ 2\.900,00 (gross)** * Meal allowance: **R$ 850,00** * Health assistance: **R$ 62,80** * Transportation allowance * Life insurance Payment: R$2\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
