Teamwork and adherence to deadlines "**About the company:** Designing and manufacturing display units, exhibition booths, showrooms, and retail store installations — making your product stand out at the point of sale, differentiating your brand at events, and ensuring your business success is our specialty. **What you will do:** Assemble furniture and structures made of MDF and wood for exhibition booths; Read and interpret project plans and technical drawings; Cut, sand, glue, and assemble components according to specifications; Install hardware, hinges, casters, and other components; Assist in organizing and verifying materials prior to assembly; Perform preventive maintenance and proper use of manual and power tools; Assist in loading and unloading components for transportation; Ensure high-quality finishing, quality standards, and alignment with delivered projects; Meet deadlines and collaborate with production and assembly teams. **What we expect from you:** Completed elementary education (minimum); Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in custom furniture companies or exhibition booth assembly; Proficiency with manual and power tools (screwdrivers, saws, sanders, drills, etc.); Knowledge of MDF, structural assembly, and high-quality finishing; Basic ability to read project plans and measurements; Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. **Location:** Palhoça/SC \- Nova Palhoça **What are my working hours?** Monday to Friday: 07:30 \- 12:00 / 13:12 \- 17:30 **Job characteristics:** Employment type: CLT Salary: R$ 3\.200,00 Hazardous work allowance: R$ 324,00 Transportation allowance: R$ 200,00; ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Operations
