This is your chance to join our team at SUBSTRACTUM TECNOLOGIA LTDA. **Responsibilities:** * Create and manage user profiles: Create and manage user profiles and accounts in the SAP system, ensuring permissions align with assigned roles. * Perform data dumps: Execute backups and exports of critical system data, ensuring data integrity and availability. * Handle SAP errors: Diagnose and resolve system issues using appropriate tools to efficiently identify and correct errors. * Receive and analyze requests: Respond to system-related requests, ensuring all are thoroughly analyzed. * Open and track support tickets: Log and monitor support tickets, with special attention to two types. * Control documentation: Maintain spreadsheets and documentation related to server addresses, ensuring information remains up-to-date and accessible. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in any IT-related field; * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is desirable; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and interest in working in a collaborative environment. **Work Model: REMOTE** **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Knowledge of Power BI; * Basic understanding of Financial Mathematics.
