Reports and Dashboards: Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using the Totvs Analytics platform, ensuring effective information visualization. Business Area Support: Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Data Validation: Ensure data integrity and quality used in analyses by performing regular checks. Documentation: Document data analysis processes and methodologies to ensure transparency and work continuity. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on BI best practices and new features of the Power BI platform **Technical Requirements:** BI Experience: Knowledge of BI tools, preferably with experience on the Power BI platform Excel: Advanced Excel knowledge for data analysis and presentation. Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization principles and data storytelling. **Behavioral Competencies:** Critical Analysis: Ability to interpret data and generate relevant insights. Communication: Skill to communicate complex information clearly and accessibly. Teamwork: Effective collaboration with the Operations department. Proactivity: Initiative to learn new BI tools and techniques. Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Candidate Details: Education: Currently pursuing or completed degree in related fields such as Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar disciplines.
