As an intern, you will support budgeting, expense control, and KPI-related activities, working closely with Finance and Human Resources departments. **Your responsibilities will include:** \- Maintenance and updating of budget monitoring dashboards; \- Support for month-end closing procedures and verification of budgetary variables; \- Handling service requests and clarifying doubts regarding variable expenses; \- Assistance with payroll and HR department routines; \- Support in preparing the personnel budget in partnership with the HR department. **Requirements:** \- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields; \- Intermediate proficiency in Excel (formulas and pivot tables); \- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and interest in learning about costs and budgeting. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools; \- Prior internship experience in administrative roles or within HR. **Benefits:** \- Transportation allowance: R$ 200.00 \- Complimentary on-site meals \- A personal Day Off to enjoy as you wish!
