Want to start your career in the **financial market**? We are looking for an intern to work in the **Backoffice** department of our financial institution **KAB**, focusing on supporting analytical routines, financial reconciliations, and operational control of credit operations. This position is ideal for candidates with an analytical profile, affinity for calculations, and interest in developing practical knowledge of how a Credit, Financing, and Investment Company (SCFI) operates. **Analytical and Operational Activities (priority):** * Support financial and operational reconciliations (credit cards, loans, and financing); * Monitor transactions, perform calculations, and validate operations; * Prepare and update reports and controls in Excel and BI; * Support monitoring of operational inconsistencies and discrepancies; * Assist internal requests and the Customer Service Center; * Respond to requests and clarify operational questions; * Organize documents and files; * Contribute to process improvements. **Education:** * Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies (from the 5th semester onward) in Accounting Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; **Skills and Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency (including formulas, tables, and data analysis); * Knowledge of financial calculations (interest, amortization, etc.); * Affinity for data and numerical analysis; **Behavioral Competencies:** * Logical reasoning * Systemic vision * Initiative * Interpersonal skills * Dynamism * Time management * Commitment **Preferred Experience:** Previous experience in **internships or CLT roles** in finance, administration, or operations (a differentiating factor).
