Alignment of solutions with business needs **About the Challenge:** Lead the software development team with focus on planning, organizing, and monitoring software activities. This role involves ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions, driving continuous process improvement, and aligning deliverables with business needs. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and develop the development team, monitor activity execution, and promote team performance; * Plan, organize, and control software development activities, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines; * Identify and implement improvements in development processes to enhance efficiency and productivity; * Serve as the interface between the development area and other company departments, ensuring solution alignment with business needs; * Participate in defining departmental strategies and goals, contributing technical guidance; * Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose solutions; * Ensure application of software development best practices and methodologies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Experience leading software development teams; * Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban; * Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills; * Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and decision-making capability; * Familiarity with software development tools and technologies. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management or related fields. **Work Schedule and Location:** This opportunity is for on-site work at Dígitro's headquarters located in the Capoeiras neighborhood, Florianópolis/SC. Weekly workload of 40 hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
