Job Summary: A professional responsible for executing and ensuring the consistency of development routines, technical validation, and portfolio management, connecting market data and commercial performance to improve and expand the Autoimpact portfolio. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct technical cataloging and ensure continuous updating of applications. 2. Perform prototype analysis with a focus on quality and performance. 3. Support data-driven decisions regarding product inclusion and discontinuation. Execute and ensure the consistency of development and technical validation routines and portfolio management, linking market data and commercial performance to practical decisions for improvement, expansion, and sustainability of the Autoimpact portfolio. * Lead technical cataloging and ensure continuous updates of applications; * Validate compatibility and fitting standards with technical consistency; * Perform prototype analysis focusing on dimensional accuracy, fitment, durability, noise, and performance; * Develop and submit clear technical specifications to factories/suppliers; * Ensure internal technical documentation is up-to-date and traceable; * Provide technical support for marketing campaigns and internal training; * Conduct competitive analysis, benchmarking, and product positioning; * Lead ABC curve analysis, ideal mix analysis, and category-level opportunity identification; * Monitor sales performance, stockouts, and replenishment opportunities; * Support data-driven decisions for new product inclusion in the portfolio; * Support obsolescence and item discontinuation decisions; * Propose process improvements and internal departmental controls;
