Job Summary: Legal Analyst to work for a real estate development company, supporting the drafting and management of real estate contracts, organizing documentation, and monitoring legal proceedings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the drafting and management of real estate contracts 2. Organize and maintain up-to-date legal documentation 3. Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks Our client is a real estate development company with a forward-looking vision; currently one of Brazil's largest civil construction companies — ranked 48th largest construction firm in the country according to the Intec/2021 Ranking — and is seeking a professional to work as a Legal Analyst. Support the drafting, review, and management of real estate contracts; (purchase and sale, incorporation, construction contracts, addendums, and contract terminations); Organize and maintain up-to-date legal documentation for the company and its projects; Monitor contractual, administrative, and judicial deadlines; Interface with notary offices, real estate registries, and public agencies; Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings through third-party law firms; Support legal demands from the commercial, engineering, and executive departments; Assist with notifications, simple legal opinions, and legal reports; Ensure legal compliance and proactively mitigate risks. **Requirements:** Law degree or currently enrolled in Law (from the 5th semester onward); Prior experience in legal routines, preferably in real estate or civil construction sectors; Knowledge of contracts and real estate law; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline management; Good verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Proactivity and sense of responsibility; Ethical conduct and confidentiality; Ability to work under pressure; Analytical, organized, and collaborative profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with real estate incorporation (Law No. 4,591/64); Experience with notary offices and real estate registries; Knowledge of contract terminations, after-sales services, and project regularization; Experience in construction or real estate development companies. **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Health insurance (after probationary period). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with break **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Alto Perequê **City:** Porto Belo **State:** Santa Catarina
