Content Management, Social Media, and Internal Marketing **Position** Marketing Analyst at OrtoMedical Brasil ***Position Mission*** Plan, develop, and execute institutional and commercial marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s market positioning, support the sales department, and promote internal communication initiatives that contribute to employee engagement and organizational culture. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Strategic Marketing Planning** * Develop and execute the annual marketing plan. * Propose brand-strengthening and demand-generation strategies. * Support promotional campaigns and product launches. * Monitor market trends and propose strategic improvements. **Development of Institutional and Commercial Materials** * Create and update catalogs, brochures, presentations, and technical materials. * Ensure standardization of the company’s visual identity. * Support the sales team with sales-support materials. * Coordinate external vendors (printers, agencies, photographers), when required. **Content and Social Media Management** * Plan and execute the editorial calendar. * Produce institutional and commercial content for social media. * Produce photos and videos (including behind-the-scenes and daily company operations). * Monitor performance metrics and prepare periodic reports. * Engage with the audience and safeguard the company’s institutional image. **Website and Digital Platforms Management** * Update content on the corporate website. * Ensure information consistency and alignment with company strategies. * Monitor digital performance (page views, engagement, basic SEO). **Internal Marketing and Internal Communication** * Develop internal engagement initiatives. * Create motivational campaigns and internal announcements. * Support corporate events and organizational culture initiatives. * Promote alignment between internal communication and external brand positioning. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Adherence to the marketing plan and calendar. * Growth and engagement on social media. * Quality and timeliness of material delivery. * Effective support to the sales department. * Participation and impact of internal marketing initiatives. **Requirements** **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge:** * Graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar) * Advanced video editing skills for social media * Social media management * Microsoft Office Suite * Basic knowledge of digital marketing and metrics **COMPENSATION** Starting Salary: R$3500.00 Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance: R$250.00 Meal Voucher: R$750.00 UNIMED Health Plan + BB Dental Dental Plan 14th-Month Bonus Incentive Plan Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:12 PM–6:00 PM **Benefits:** * Dental care assistance * Company-provided mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation allowance * Birthday day off Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience in digital marketing? * Do you have experience in branding creation? * Do you have experience in paid traffic? * Which tools do you use daily?
