Strong negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills **What does the department do at Porto?** The Branch is responsible for serving brokers and policyholders, providing information about products/service channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, conducting negotiations, identifying development opportunities, driving business growth, supporting production projects, and achieving branch targets.
