Job Summary: A Human Resources professional to manage payroll, benefits, employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, monitor statutory compliance obligations, and assist in supply management. Key Highlights: 1. Manage payroll, vacation, and employee onboarding/termination procedures. 2. Execute integration and onboarding of new employees. 3. Administer benefits, electronic timekeeping, and assist in procurement of supplies. The company seeks a Human Resources Analyst in Florianópolis. Agora Sim Recursos Humanos is a company specialized in people management solutions, offering recruitment, selection, and HR consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Perform payroll, vacation, onboarding, and termination procedures. Execute integration and onboarding activities for new employees. Manage benefits, including order generation, updates, and controls. Administer electronic timekeeping and forward records to accounting. Review and approve payroll and other labor-related calculations. Clarify employee inquiries regarding payments and benefits. Submit bank statements, payment slips, and invoices for payment processing. Schedule medical examinations and monitor leave cases. Control and archive mandatory documents (ASO, employment contracts, etc.). Notify terminations and conduct exit interviews. Monitor deadlines and statutory compliance obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, etc.). Assist in procuring PPE, uniforms, and other office supplies/services by requesting quotations, comparing proposals, and ensuring optimal cost-benefit ratio.
