Job Summary: Professional required to operate, install, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems 2. Knowledge of VRF, VRV, Inverter, and electrical systems 3. Maintenance of chillers, fan coils, and chilled water plants **Responsibilities:** Operate, install, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment (e.g., split, self-contained, window, fan coil, chiller) using direct and indirect expansion systems. Perform preventive maintenance routines for water- and air-cooled condensing air conditioning systems. Knowledge of maintenance routines for all equipment comprising the refrigeration system (chilled water plant), including terminal equipment (corrective and preventive). Knowledge of thermal energy storage and automation systems.
