RESPONSIBILITIES Provide customer and lead support via WhatsApp; Filter and qualify contacts from the marketing agency; Forward qualified leads to the customer support team; Handle financial communication with couples; Maintain up-to-date records in spreadsheets and digital tools. REQUIREMENTS Proficiency in computer applications (Excel); Reside near Lagoa da Conceição or have easy access; Experience in customer service. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with occasional Saturday availability (rotating schedule based on demand); Located at Lagoa da Conceição \- Florianópolis \- SC.
