We seek an Administrative Assistant to support technicians and regional offices, ensuring smooth installation and maintenance of security systems across Brazil. You will join a dynamic team focused on operational excellence and high-quality service. *️ Key Responsibilities Support security system installation technicians; Contact regional offices to map available equipment for installation; Schedule appointments with customers and third-party technicians; Ensure equipment is available at regional offices prior to installations; Monitor pending items and regional office statuses; Register Service Orders (SOs) and payment amounts for each installation in the system; Generate activity and payment reports; Monitor compliance with agreed SLAs. What We Expect From You Completed high school education; Strong communication and organizational skills; Basic knowledge of Excel and management systems (ERP, CRM, etc.); Proactivity and attention to detail; Prior experience in customer support or technical assistance is a plus.
