We are seeking a professional to join our Quality team in Curitiba, PR. * Perform laboratory analyses of raw materials such as paper, corrugated board sheets, and starch-based adhesives, in accordance with applicable technical standards (*tests to be performed:* paper and board grammage, paper and corrugated board moisture content, CMT of paper and corrugated board column, adhesive application test on paper); * Evaluate whether test results comply with the required material specifications; * Verify certificates and analytical reports provided by suppliers; develop and implement internal audit programs, documentation, and organizational procedures. * Notify the raw material supplier via RO\-Occurrence Report when specifications are not met; * Coordinate with Quality and PCP departments regarding disposition of non-conforming raw materials, as well as non-conforming products on the production line; * Develop Control Plans and perform statistical analyses on test results to identify trends and process profiles; * Monitor pilot production batches and new material developments to verify their performance against expected requirements; * Issue analytical certificates and analytical reports for physical tests, when required; * Control documents and records of the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System; **Basic Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Degree in Quality Management, OR * Technical qualification in Quality, OR * Professional certification as a Quality Inspector; * Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standard, including document control and participation in audits; * Handling of non-conformities, preferably applying the 8D methodology; * Good measurement practices using tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and other dimensional control devices. **Skills** * Ability to perform precise measurements and physical tests; * Strong interpretation of technical standards and specifications; * Attention to detail and analytical mindset; * Organizational skills to consistently record and control data; * Clear communication to convey information to Production and Quality teams; * Basic computer skills (Excel spreadsheets, Word, record-keeping systems); * Advantage: Prior experience in the paper industry.
