Participation in action plans for non-conformities **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Manages teams to ensure compliance with work orders, daily production output, and targets in the raw material preparation and seasoning process;; * Monitors the application of quality and occupational safety standards throughout the process; * Participates in the development and implementation of action plans to address internal or external non-conformities or customer complaints; * Supervises the team and manages process and personnel performance indicators.
