What do we expect from you? We seek professionals with drive and an owner mindset, committed to achieving extraordinary results. **Responsibilities and Duties** What will your responsibilities and challenges be? * Perform the production process according to predefined procedures, develop practical skills in the production process, operate machines and equipment under supervision, and contribute to meeting production, quality, and safety targets. * Digest raw material by adding enzymes to release the active ingredient, controlling temperature and pH; * Coagulate impurities in the digested liquid by controlling temperature and/or pH, separate them, and direct them to effluent; * Add ion-exchange resin to the clarified liquid to capture the active ingredient, controlling temperature and/or pH; * Prepare brine solutions, controlling temperature, sodium chloride percentage, and sodium hydroxide percentage; * Assist the Production Operator II in all activities performed, complying with procedures to ensure uninterrupted production flow; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Comply with and promote the Quality Policy; * Follow all operational, safety, environmental, quality, and administrative procedures established by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** What will we evaluate? * Completed high school education; * Availability to work in shifts; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Ability to work in a team. **Additional Information** **Where will you work?** We have eight locations, but this position will be based at the **Jaguapitã-PR** site.
