Performs welding and metalworking services Job Description: Valid driver's license required. Knowledge of mechanical and diesel mechanical systems required. 1\. General maintenance on diesel engines; preventive and corrective maintenance on stationary diesel generator sets and diesel engines, 2\. Installation of engines and alternators in generator sets (engine coupling), 3\. Engine adjustment according to specifications (valve timing, ignition timing, etc.), interpretation of technical manuals, 4\. Verification of component integrity, component replacement, identification of faults during assembly, 5\. Assembly of subassemblies, fluid draining, tool preservation, preservation of components and measuring instruments, proper storage of components in designated locations, 6\. Assembly of radiators, exhaust systems, alternators, fuel injection pumps, and propeller hubs for generators, 7\. Performing welding and metalworking services.
