Job Summary: Responsible for managing procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers, and optimizing costs to ensure the best conditions for materials and services. Key Highlights: 1. Development of strategic supplier relationships **General Description:** Responsible for procuring materials, products, and services, ensuring optimal price, quality, and delivery timing according to company requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers; * Execute purchases according to internal requests; * Develop and maintain supplier relationships; * Analyze commercial proposals and seek better payment and delivery terms; * Issue purchase orders and monitor the process until delivery; * Monitor delivery deadlines and resolve potential discrepancies; * Evaluate supplier performance; * Manage minimum stock levels and material replenishment (where applicable); * Verify invoices against issued purchase orders; * Support cost reduction and procurement process optimization. **Requirements:** * Experience in procurement; * Knowledge of negotiation and supplier management; * Proficiency in computer applications (Excel and ERP systems). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Organization and planning ability; * Proactivity; * Critical analysis; * Results orientation.
