Job Summary: Responsible for general repairs in masonry, painting, plumbing, and building maintenance, following safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Performs maintenance and conservation of internal and external areas. 2. Carries out floor and cladding installation services. 3. Uses appropriate tools and equipment for the tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform masonry, plastering, flooring, tile, and cladding repairs. * Carry out painting services, surface preparation, and finishing. * Conduct roof, gutter, door, window, and structural maintenance. * Perform minor plumbing repairs, such as faucet and valve replacements, and pipe repairs. * Carry out floor and cladding installation services. * Perform maintenance and conservation of internal and external facility areas. * Use appropriate tools and equipment to carry out tasks. * Follow occupational safety regulations and company procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary or high school education. * Experience in building maintenance or civil construction. * Basic knowledge of masonry, painting, and minor plumbing repairs. **Benefits and Salary:** * Salary R$ 2.725,19 + Hazard Pay 30% R$ 817,56.
