Job Summary: A maintenance professional primarily working with hydraulics, masonry, painting, electricity, and general facility upkeep. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on energy efficiency and facility safety **OFFICIAL MAINTENANCE POSITION (CLT)** Schedule: 11:00\-20:00, Monday to Saturday Salary: R$ 2\.628,42 Meal or Food Allowance: R$23.60; Transportation Allowance; Medical Assistance (with co-payment); Dental Assistance (free for employees); Childcare Assistance (for female employees with children up to 24 months old); Partnerships with retail businesses, gyms, universities, and language schools; Main Responsibilities: Assist in hydraulic maintenance (PRIMARILY), masonry, and painting; repair chairs and PA systems; maintain gardens and water reservoirs. And other related tasks. \- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper operation and prevent accidents. \- Repair or replace electrical components after faults and defects occur. \- Monitor equipment condition to predict and replace parts before failure. \- Identify and correct defects, short circuits, and failures in electrical systems. \- Perform adjustments on equipment, upgrade installations to comply with safety standards, and install protection systems. \- Work with circuit breakers, electrical panels, motors, dynamos, and other electrical equipment. \- Evaluate energy consumption to assess energy efficiency.
