Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to work in hotels, responsible for managing and performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring efficiency and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance in hotels 2. Management of materials, inventory, tools, and quality control 3. Focus on problem diagnosis and structural repairs We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This professional will be responsible for carrying out maintenance activities across our hotels, ensuring efficient and safe operations. **Responsibilities to be performed:** * Material and service reconciliations, procurement, inventory, * Tool and equipment control, * Warehouse organization and management * Scheduling of maintenance activities at hotels * Report preparation * Cost control * Supervising activities and quality control of completed work * Preventive and Corrective Maintenance\*\*: Conduct regular inspections and repairs to ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely. * Problem Diagnosis\*\*: Use technical knowledge to identify and resolve faults in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and other systems. * Structural Repairs\*\*: Perform necessary repairs to building structural components such as walls, floors, and ceilings. * Records Management\*\*: Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, including dates, issues identified, and solutions applied. * Teamwork\*\*: Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective facility maintenance. * Furniture Assembly\*\*: Prepare and install furniture as needed, ensuring functionality and comfort of facilities. * User Support\*\*: Provide prompt and efficient assistance to facility users, prioritizing satisfaction and safety. * Common Areas Maintenance\*\*: Ensure areas such as kitchens, guest rooms, and leisure areas are always in perfect condition. **Preferred Qualification:** Technical Diploma in Building Construction **Position Prerequisites** * Attention to Detail * Proficiency in spreadsheets is essential * Full Office suite and AUTOCAD knowledge required * Strong communication skills * Proactive attitude * Ability to work in a team * Organized mindset * Knowledge in Electrical Systems; Plumbing; Painting; and Basic IT * Open-mindedness * Customer Orientation * Self-confidence * Communication * Teamwork * Proactivity and Initiative * Business Knowledge and Improvement * Discretion * Negotiation Skills * Prior Experience\*\*: Demonstrated experience in building maintenance, showing capability to handle a variety of challenges. * Problem Solving\*\*: Ability to diagnose complex problems and implement efficient solutions. * Communication and Collaboration\*\*: Demonstrated excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. * Willingness to travel Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed Technical Education (Mandatory) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred)
