Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing maintenance activities, repairing equipment, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring the preservation of various facilities. Careful maintenance of facilities Organize the maintenance area; select and handle tools, parts, and measuring instruments; clean, decontaminate, weld, paint, and repair equipment; forward materials for disposal and recycling; identify customer needs; follow customer service schedules and timelines; provide customer support; relay customer suggestions to the company; propose product improvements; demonstrate equipment and instrument operation; preserve landscaped areas; ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, computer network, and telephone systems; maintain cleanliness and integrity of rainwater collection ducts and internal and external areas.
