Job Summary: We are seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to perform conservation and maintenance of hotel facilities, contributing to aesthetics, safety, and proper functioning. Ensure the preservation of the hotel's internal and external areas. Building Maintenance Painter We are seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to perform conservation and maintenance of hotel facilities, contributing to aesthetics, safety, and proper functioning of the spaces. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform painting services with a focus on environmental preservation; * Carry out general building maintenance; * Perform basic electrical and plumbing tasks; * Maintain and paint external areas, walls, and stone walls; * Clean and maintain balcony glass (external area); * Support garden maintenance; * Ensure the preservation of the hotel's internal and external areas. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in painting (mandatory requirement); * Prior experience in building maintenance; * Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems; * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail. **Location:** Batel – Curitiba/PR **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** * 10:00 AM to 6:20 PM, with a 1-hour break * Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * One Sunday off per month **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
