Job Summary: Responsible for general farm maintenance, ensuring conservation of external areas, roads, gardens, and buildings, through preventive and corrective actions. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining machines, equipment, and property resources Responsible for general farm maintenance, ensuring conservation of external areas, internal roads, garden, and existing buildings. Will act preventively and reactively to ensure organization, functionality, and good condition of facilities. Must reside on the farm (on-site housing provided). **Main Responsibilities** * Mow designated areas to prevent excessive weed growth. * Maintain internal roads open and in good traffic condition. \-Care for and conserve the garden of the main house. \-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on existing buildings. * Carry out minor masonry, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed. * Maintain machines, equipment, and resources provided by the property. **Requirements** * Experience operating brush cutters and hedge trimmers, with proper usage to preserve equipment. * Ability to drive and operate tractors. * Basic knowledge of maintenance (masonry, plumbing, and electrical). * Prior experience on rural properties or farms. Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) Personal vehicle Willingness to relocate Meal allowance of R$ 600.00
