Job Summary:
Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machines and equipment, diagnosing failures and proposing solutions.

* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machines and equipment;
* Conduct diagnosis of electrical and mechanical failures, identifying root causes and proposing solutions;
* Carry out assembly, disassembly, and adjustment of mechanical and electrical components;
* Interpret electrical diagrams, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings;
* Perform installation and maintenance of electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, and electrical panels;
* Conduct tests and measurements using electrical and mechanical measuring instruments;
* Monitor equipment operation to ensure safety and operational efficiency;
* Perform lubrication, alignment, and replacement of parts when necessary;
* Support installation of new equipment and improvements to existing machines;
* Comply with occupational safety regulations (NR10, NR12\) and company internal procedures;
* Document performed services in reports or maintenance systems.
Requirements:
* Technical course in Electromechanics or related fields;
* Updated NR10 SEP and NR12 training;
* Experience in the field;
* *Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule (06:00\-18:00 or 18:00\-06:00**)*
**Knowledge:**
* Reading and interpretation of electrical and mechanical diagrams;
* Preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machines and equipment;
* Knowledge of electric motors, gearboxes, and pumps;
* Assembly and maintenance of electrical panels, electrical controls, and control circuits;
* Diagnosis of failures in electromechanical systems;
* Use of measuring instruments (multimeter, clamp meter, megohmmeter);
* Basic PLC/CLP knowledge for failure diagnosis;
* Adjustment and alignment of mechanical components (bearings, couplings, belts);
* Knowledge of sensors, contactors, relays, and frequency inverters;
* Lubrication and maintenance of industrial mechanical components.
