During the program, apprentices will study topics related to the job market and also gain practical insights into the operations of a cooperative organization. \#LI\-JP **Responsibilities and Duties** * The young apprentice must attend theoretical classes delivered by Sicredi’s partner educational institution on scheduled days and times. * In addition, for practical learning at Sicredi, the young apprentice will perform administrative support activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school * Age between 16 and 24 years * Reside in Rolândia or nearby locations * Availability to work Monday through Friday for 4 hours per day **Additional Information** Workload: 4 hours per day, totaling 20 hours per week Monday through Friday, from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM **Nice to meet you—we are Sicredi.** Our journey began over 120 years ago as Brazil’s first cooperative financial institution.
