Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing solid waste and effluents, SINIR documentation, overseeing waste and effluent collections, guiding the environmental team, delivering training sessions, and ensuring legal and ISO 14001 compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Complete management of waste and effluents 2. Leadership and guidance of the environmental team 3. Implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 \- Manage solid waste and effluents; \- Manage documents issued by the SINIR platform (National System of Information on Solid Waste Management); \- Monitor waste and effluent collection activities; \- Guide the environmental team on execution of area-related tasks; \- Conduct training and awareness sessions; \- Provide support for queries related to the environmental area; \- Update spreadsheets with environmental data and indicators; \- Develop and monitor area-specific environmental procedures; \- Implement actions in accordance with the Environmental Policy; Monitor updates and application of processes carried out in the environmental area to maintain procedures; \- Manage legal compliance for environmental requirements, including identification, verification, and fulfillment; \- Develop action plans for non-conformities and area improvements; \- Identify environmental aspects and impacts—following internal methodology—for internal activities and third-party operations, including review and mitigation measures for significant impacts; \- Assess life cycle concurrently with environmental aspects and impacts; \- Implement/maintain ISO 14001 requirements; \- Monitor internal and external audits according to the audit schedule; \- Analyze and correct non-conformities identified during environmental audits; \- Maintain updated and compliant environmental licenses, authorizations, reports, and certificates with respective regulatory bodies; \- Prepare specific environmental budgets and submit information to management for decision-making; \- Prepare monthly reports covering implemented actions; \- Mandatory use of PPE as per company guidelines; \- Conscious use of natural resources; \- Proper disposal of waste in accordance with company guidelines. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering is an essential requirement. Proactive individual with strong communication skills and good interaction with colleagues. A person with well-formed opinions and not easily influenced.
