Job Summary:
Professional responsible for analyzing, preparing, and monitoring bidding procedures, representing the company, providing legal consultancy, and managing documents.
Key Highlights:

2. Drafting of legal opinions and internal consultancy

Analyze bidding notices, identifying requirements, deadlines, and participation conditions.
Prepare and review all documentation required for participation in bidding procedures.
Monitor electronic and in-person public auctions across various platforms.
File administrative appeals, challenges, and defenses to protect the company's interests.
Represent the company at public sessions and negotiations with public agencies.
Draft legal opinions on matters related to bidding and administrative contracts.
Draft and review contracts resulting from bidding procedures.
Stay updated on current legislation (Law No. 14.133/2021, Law No. 8.666/93, etc.).
Provide internal consultancy on administrative law topics.
Manage and organize the company's document and certificate archive.

Compensation: R$4.000,00 per month
