Negotiation of prices and payment terms Description: * Completed high school education; * Basic to advanced Excel skills; * Experience in sales/prospecting within the civil construction or building materials industry; * Experience with active prospecting; * Availability to work in the Bacacheri neighborhood. * Prospecting and identification of potential contractors; * Delivering presentations on payment models; * Negotiation of prices and payment terms; * Screening of contractors; * Maintaining a database of contracted contractors; * Developing strategies to optimize the contracting process; * Conducting market research to identify service providers; * Seeking solutions to issues related to contracting; * Maintaining records and documentation of executed contracts; * Post-contract follow-up; * Maintaining and nurturing relationships with contractors; * Preparing reports on contracting activities; * Performing other tasks related to contracting. 251225020249884579
