Job Summary: Civil Engineer with experience in medium- and large-scale projects, including coordination, analysis, project management, and negotiation of services and materials, as well as scheduling planning and control. Involvement in project analysis, coordination, and management Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * Proficiency in Project, AutoCAD, MultCalc, QiBulder, SketchUp, Ftool, Google Drive. Intermediate-level skills in Revit, BimCollab, and Eberick. Basic-level skills in NavisWorks. * Experience in medium- and large-scale civil construction projects * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * Prior experience in project work * BIM tools and BIM processes (SketchUp, Revit, NavisWorks, Eberick). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project). Familiarity with AutoCAD, MultCalc, QiBulder, Ftool, Google Drive, and other similar tools * Experience in developing and managing medium- and large-scale projects * Project analysis and verification * Analysis of supplementary projects and support for coordination * Review of descriptive specifications * Study and understanding of technical standards * Verification of project requirements, technical specifications, objectives, and constraints * Project coordination through comprehensive knowledge of each discipline involved in a project * Verification of received proposals and preparation of bid equalizations * Development of various supplementary projects not outsourced or directly contracted by the client, including surveys and validations * Sourcing new suppliers and procurement of materials according to validations * Negotiation for service contracting * Planning and control of activity schedules * Activities related to Curve A: development of scope and contractual maps for Curve A services; equalization of received proposals for Curve A services and contractual maps; contracting of suppliers and subcontractors for Curve A services; final negotiation for contracting Curve A items, always aligned with the cost department * Preparation of project handover reports to construction teams and reports on incompatibilities and changes, quantitative spreadsheets, and validation forms. 2512060202191721676
