Job Summary: Responsible for organizing, cleaning, and restocking products in a produce department, as well as assisting customers and receiving goods. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily maintenance of hygiene in storage and display areas 2. Assisting customers in product selection and supporting sales staff 3. Organizing and restocking products to create an attractive environment * Follow the weekly cleaning schedule for storage and receiving areas, cold rooms, and display counters, and perform daily maintenance as needed—especially in display areas. * Assist customers during purchase process by recommending the best product for their needs (e.g., ripeness level, consumption suggestions, and preparation methods). Know and memorize specifications and properties of available produce varieties; provide service with a sales-oriented attitude. * Restock products on shelves, ensuring they are fully stocked and visually appealing to customers, arranging color variety and respecting the layout of fruit, vegetable, and greens assortments. Consider weight, size, price, and temperature requirements so that products are displayed without compromising freshness or shelf life. * Clear space for incoming stock according to the receiving schedule and established layout, prioritizing key department products and those featured in promotional flyers. Assist in creating new display ends and tables to showcase more items and boost sales. * Assist in unloading trucks, weighing and organizing goods in the warehouse/cold room, and placing them in appropriate locations to preserve product freshness and quality.
