Participation in talent attraction and selection processes **None:** Job Description – Human Resources Assistant Support the execution of onboarding, vacation, termination, and benefits administration routines; Manage time tracking, hour banks, and employee attendance records; Provide support for payroll data entry and verification; Assist and advise employees regarding payroll, benefits, deductions, and internal procedures; Support talent attraction and selection processes; Support new employee onboarding and integration activities; Support internal communication initiatives, events, and training programs; Support the occupational health and environmental risk management program; Monitor labor judicial proceedings and provide required information; Support the development of control spreadsheets, performance indicators, and status reports for departmental activities. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **Required Academic Qualification:** Technical degree in Human Resources or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or related fields.
