If you are motivated, committed, and eager to learn, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in tire retreading process stages (buffing, repair, scuffing, filling, finishing, etc.); * Operate production-specific tools and equipment; * Conduct visual inspections of tires before and after the retreading process; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area; * Perform other tasks related to the tire retreading process; * Follow safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * No prior experience required – we provide training; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Good physical stamina and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in manufacturing or production environments; * Background in the automotive or rubber industry. **Available Work Schedules:** · Position 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour 12 minutes break); · Position 2: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour 12 minutes break); · Position 3: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM (1 hour 12 minutes break); · Position 4: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:15 AM (1 hour 12 minutes break). **A personal vehicle is required, as public transportation stops 1 km away from the company.** Benefits: Meal allowance, Attendance bonus, On-site meals, Uniform.
