Job Summary: A nursing professional to ensure safe patient care, supervise staff, promote professional development, and manage complex clinical and administrative activities. Key Highlights: 1. Direct supervision and provision of safe nursing care. 2. Promotion of technical and scientific advancement of the nursing team. 3. Management of surgical and clinical bed assignments. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Ensure safe nursing care for patients by directly supervising nursing assistants and technicians. 2\. Promote and/or facilitate the technical and scientific advancement of the nursing team. 3\. Conduct monthly meetings with the nursing team to align activities. 4\. Perform and assist in more complex procedures. 5\. Participate in the evaluation of employees during their probationary period, together with HR. 6\. Monitor wound dressing progress and maintain dressings according to the Wound Care Committee protocol. 7\. Safeguard and control psychotropic medications, prescriptions, death certificates, and taxi vouchers. 8\. Notify cases of patient elopement to the Social Services Department and Nursing Coordination, documenting them in the medical record. 9\. Supervise concurrent and terminal disinfection with quality assurance, and ensure nursing stations, medication rooms, supply rooms, sterilization areas, and corridors remain clean and organized. 10\. Test materials and equipment jointly with coordination to issue a technical opinion to Nursing Management regarding potential acquisition of new equipment or products. 11\. Admit, transfer, refer, readmit, discharge, and process patient deaths. 12\. Attend to and guide patients, companions, family members, and others as needed. 13\. Guide junior nurses regarding their responsibilities. 14\. Manage surgical and clinical bed assignments on a daily basis. **Requirements:** MINIMUM REQUIRED (Mandatory): Completed Bachelor's Degree – Field: Nursing DESIRABLE: Postgraduate Degree – Specialization in Oncology **Available Shifts:** 07:00 to 13:00 + on-call shifts. 13:00 to 19:00 + on-call shifts. 19:00 to 07:00 (12-hour night shift, 36-hour rotation). HCL does not practice special scheduling (i.e., altering standard entry/exit times).
