Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Assistant to support all departmental activities, from recruitment through onboarding and employee service. Key Highlights: 1. Full support in HR activities 2. Employee service and onboarding 3. Assistance in payroll and benefits processes We are looking for an **HR Assistant** to support all activities within the HR department. * Support candidate recruitment processes, including resume screening and interview scheduling; * Assist with document submission for employee onboarding; * Conduct onboarding of new employees; * Assist with timekeeping systems and preparation of attendance reports; * Support data collection for payroll closing; * Organize, verify, and archive documents; * Provide employee service; * Assist with purchasing and managing employee benefits; * Support occupational health activities; * Manage and distribute personal protective equipment (PPE); * Assist with daily HR department tasks, such as organizing meetings, maintaining information records, and internal communication. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields); * Prior experience in human resources is a plus; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: BRL 521.00; * Attendance bonus; * On-site meals; * Total Pass; * Uniform. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.** **Due to the company’s location, having personal transportation is mandatory, as there is no bus line nearby.** Resumes not matching this profile will not be reviewed.
