The professional will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, planning trainings, managing the knowledge base, and monitoring key performance indicators—driving excellence and continuous improvement at Loft.

**Challenges you’ll face:**
* **Team Management:** Monitor performance, develop talent, provide ongoing feedback, and foster a collaborative environment for trainers and content analysts.
* **Training Planning and Execution:** Ensure onboarding, refresher, and development programs are delivered as planned—with emphasis on quality and effectiveness.
* **Knowledge Base Management:** Oversee curation, updating, and review of content to ensure clarity, relevance, and alignment with Loft standards.
* **LMS Platform Administration:** Organize learning paths, monitor engagement metrics, and ensure material accessibility.
* **KPI Monitoring:** Analyze training and content-related outcomes, goals, and KPIs—and propose corrective or preventive actions when needed.
* **Cross-functional Integration:** Track process updates from teams such as Projects, Process, Product, and Operations—and ensure they are translated into corresponding trainings and content.
* **Content Strategy:** Define and implement, together with analysts, strategies to keep the knowledge base updated and efficient.
* **Participation in Recruitment Processes:** Support candidate screening, interviews, and assessment activities for new Lofters.
* **Interdepartmental Communication:** Serve as a bridge between Training & Content and other company areas—ensuring alignment and process fluidity.
* **Facilitation of Forums and Meetings:** Participate in presentations, calibration sessions, and strategic forums—representing the Training & Content area.
* **Administrative Management:** Conduct timekeeping verification and adjustments, organize work schedules, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
* **Action Plan Approval:** Validate improvement strategies proposed by the team—ensuring feasibility and alignment with company objectives.
**What you need to unlock this role?**
* Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Education, Communications, or Human Resource Management).
* Prior experience in training and development, content management, and team leadership.
* Familiarity with LMS platforms and content management tools (e.g., Salesforce Knowledge, WordPress).
* Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, organizational ability, and leadership qualities.
* Experience with agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
* Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Analytical thinking and focus on continuous improvement.
* Collaborative spirit and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
* Proactive attitude and human-centered leadership approach.
**Nice-to-have:**
* Experience with Corporate Universities.
* Knowledge of digital learning project design (e-learning).
