Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Administration**, **Logistics**, or related fields; * Experience in transportation, external fleet, and logistics operations management; * Leadership, planning, and decision-making skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with **ERP systems**, preferably **TOTVS (Protheus)**; * Knowledge of transportation regulations, fleet maintenance, and route planning.
