Employee training and development Fuel Station Network seeks a Store Supervisor in Curitiba. **Responsibilities:** Supervise operations of the convenience store, bakery, and other service areas at the fuel station, ensuring all activities are performed correctly. Coordinate teams by assigning tasks, guiding, and monitoring the performance of attendants, cashiers, sales staff, and assistants. Monitor achievement of sales targets, service quality, and performance indicators. Control product inventory, request restocking, and prevent losses or waste. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety across all store and station areas. Train and develop employees, ensuring knowledge of internal policies and safety regulations. Record incidents, issues, or accidents, reporting to management when necessary. Adhere to and ensure team compliance with occupational safety standards and internal procedures to prevent accidents and fraud. Maintain effective communication with management and other departments, reporting results and needs. Contribute to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service quality at the station. Previous experience as Sales Manager, Store Coordinator, Sales Team Leader, or Customer Service Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
