Availability for external activities and teamwork A company operating in the **vehicle protection** sector seeks a professional to support operational and administrative routines related to claims management and member service. **Main Responsibilities** * Support claims monitoring and control by updating spreadsheets and organizing documents. * Perform external tasks such as notary public certification and workshop visits for vehicle checklists. * Monitor repairs carried out independently by members, recording information via photos, reports, and internal controls. * Assist in claims analysis, inspections, technical reports, and incident investigations. * Prepare automotive parts cost estimates and conduct negotiations; * Support tracking device monitoring, vehicle monitoring, and communication with internal departments. * Execute operational requests, such as plan changes, vehicle replacements, and customer transfers, as instructed by the sales team. * Assist supervision in filtering and directing service requests when the service is activated. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (college degree in progress is preferred). * **Valid Brazilian driver's license category B required.** * Prior experience in claims, vehicle protection, insurance, fleet management, or automotive-related fields. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * Availability for external activities. **Desired Profile** * Organized and detail-oriented. * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when serving members. * Proactive, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. * Team-oriented and adaptable to operational routines.
