We seek someone with deep understanding of motherhood, lifestyle, and the ability to translate the brand’s essence into content that fosters connection and drives conversions. — **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** — * Plan and manage the social media editorial calendar (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms) * Develop content briefs aligned with the brand’s positioning and trends in the maternal\-infant segment * Identify, prospect, and negotiate partnerships with niche influencers and content creators * Manage influencer relationships—from product dispatch through delivery tracking and performance evaluation * Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, partnership ROI) and generate reports with actionable insights * Track social media trends and propose innovative formats for the brand * Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency across all channels * Engage with the brand’s community by responding to comments and messages using Luli’s distinctive voice Photography and video capture and editing to feed the brand’s channels with original, high\-quality content. **— REQUIREMENTS —** * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in e\-commerce or digital retail * Experience in influencer marketing: prospecting, negotiation, and campaign management * Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, and influencer management platforms * Ability to analyze metrics and make data\-driven decisions * Excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks — **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** — * Prior experience in the maternal\-infant, fashion, or lifestyle sectors * Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, InShot) for Reels and TikToks creation * Established network of contacts among niche influencers * Experience with e\-commerce platforms (Shopify, Nuvemshop, or similar) * Basic knowledge of paid media for organic content amplification.
