Continuous improvement and team training Responsibilities: * Coordinate cleaning activities through planning and organization; * Supervise cleaning services execution in indoor and outdoor areas; * Conduct quality inspections of cleaning services; * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies; * Ensure team safety during service execution; * Collaborate with maintenance teams to implement process improvements; * Maintain accurate records of services performed; * Participate in planning meetings to discuss improvements; * Train and guide the cleaning team; * Implement cleaning safety standards and procedures; * Contribute to continuous improvement of cleaning processes. Requirements and Qualifications: Education: Completed high school Desirable: Technical or vocational courses in cleaning, and experience developing work schedules and cleaning routines.
