We are looking for a professional with an analytical profile, critical thinking, proactivity, organization, and alignment with the cooperative purpose. Mandatory Requirements: • Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; • Prior experience in indicator monitoring, risk management, and reporting reports (preferably within financial institutions or credit cooperatives); • Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Preferred Qualifications: • ANBIMA certification; • Knowledge of regulations applicable to the financial system (CMN, BACEN) and credit cooperatives; • Knowledge of data analysis applied to risk management and/or strategic indicators; • Experience with or knowledge of Power BI; • Postgraduate degree or specialization in areas such as Internal Controls, Risk Management, Compliance, or Finance. **Benefits:** • Meal/Voucher Allowance (VA/VR), Uniform, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Birthday Day Off, and Gympass.
