JOB SUMMARY: Ensure proper organization and accurate updating of information in systems and databases. Responsible for entering, reviewing, and maintaining up-to-date customer data in accordance with established standards. Verifies the accuracy of information and corrects inconsistencies. Objective is to guarantee data reliability to support operations and credit analysis decisions. * DAY AND TIME AVAILABILITY REQUIRED, INCLUDING EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education; * Preferred: pursuing studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for data organization and control; * Familiarity with registration systems and fast typing skills; * Basic understanding of data analysis and validation, document verification, and administrative routines; * Basic computer knowledge, file organization (physical and digital), and, where applicable, familiarity with data protection legislation (e.g., LGPD); * Organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and updating; * Good communication skills to interact with teams and clarify information; * Time management and discipline to meet deadlines and handle high task volumes; * Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and ethics when handling confidential information; * Availability to work the hours requested by the company, including occasional overtime during peak demand periods; * Preferred: ease with administrative routines and consistent computer use; * Confidentiality and responsibility in handling information may be required. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Process pre\-registrations, verifying information; * Request and organize customer registration documentation; * Support data cleansing (updating and correcting registration information); * Monitor buyer registration progress, ensuring all stages proceed smoothly; * Assist with simple reference checks, as instructed; * Update registration controls and reports; * Forward identified pending items to analysts or responsible departments.
